Suddenly started finding these tiny insects on many of my African violets in the collection about a week ago, and began treating the soil with bonide, and using a spray for the plants. Are these thrips or something else? I don’t see any insect damage to the plants, only damage caused from the spray. Any help and advice is greatly appreciated, and help identifying what these are too. Thank you!!!
