These plants are growing very well and very fast despite these cold leaves. I'm growing nine different pepper varieties and this is the only one that this is happening to. Eventually, the leaves flatten out and look normal. What do you think is causing this and should I be worried?
Setup:
I run a viper p1000 grow light 18 inched at 60% brightness for 16 hours per day. The air temperature is kept at 70°. There's a fan blowing on these plants in varying directions 12 hours a day. These peppers were planted on Feb 25th.
Things I have tired:
I've experimented with humidity levels to see whether it was either too humid or not human enough with no change.
I have made changes with the light increasing the intensity decreasing intensity increasing the heights decreasing the heights with no change to these curl leaves.
I do have fungus gnats that I'm currently working on dealing with but none of the other peppers I have are showing signs of coral leaves so I got this is the cause.

I would cut down on light. Try 12 or 13 hours a day. Unfortunately when leaves curl they don’t uncurl. They only grow new leaves.
