Adenium Obesum Seed and cutting suggestions

I grew this plant from seed, I was told by the listing that I got it from Etsy that it was a double purple variety. Seven years later, not so much it’s regular pink. Oh well

I was wondering, first where do I cut this plant in order to begin a branching process, and begin training it for a larger caudex (color coded image attached). Also, where do you guys get adenium seeds from that are true to listing?

I’ll regrow another one, what’s another seven years? Haha
