   Looks like rhubarb, and those are flowers ( you don’t want those, cut them off)

   I’m in Florida so I am no brassica expert, but it looks like cauliflower to me?

   That’s rhubarb. It’s flowering so feel free to cut that wonky looking flower cluster off. Will help make more stalks for eating.

   And pull the stalks to harvest. Grab at soil level and give them a twisting pull. Don’t cut them.
