Seedlings are a little over 4 weeks old. I like the way they are growing.
Recently I noticed that on some seedlings leafs are wilting.
Any advice what is causing this problem ?

Im no expert, but at a glance I’d say overwatering. When do you plan to transfer outside? They could go now.
And from my little screen the dirt looks quite dry. So I’d say the exact opposite. Too much time between waterings. So it depends on your habits. . . Technically either scenario can cause similar problems
