Does the center growth have any green at all? If it’s completely white, it’ll probably die. A lot of my plants tend to grow offsets with variegation like the one in your photo and the ones that turn full albino typically survive about a year if pulled off the mother plant. On the other hand, sometimes I get lucky and the offset decides to spontaneously produce chlorophyll once removed and then I have a new highly variegated super pretty plant.
