A little green at bottom, but mostly albino. Will it survive for another year? What plant is this?

Yes, provided you supply it more light than necessary. It’s gorgeous. Haworthia, they have so freaking many, I don’t know the specifics.

Does the center growth have any green at all? If it’s completely white, it’ll probably die. A lot of my plants tend to grow offsets with variegation like the one in your photo and the ones that turn full albino typically survive about a year if pulled off the mother plant. On the other hand, sometimes I get lucky and the offset decides to spontaneously produce chlorophyll once removed and then I have a new highly variegated super pretty plant.
