Oh my Ben, they are divine!!! Im still enjoying my beets from last year's harvest…YUM! I've already direct sown my golden beets too. I'm hungry just thinking about harvest time!๐
Tagline suggests multi sowing, but (short) video suggests thinning to an independent spacing. Not mutually exclusive, but I'm inclined to transplant clusters at wider spacing and harvest the largest. This is an easy way to space out the harvest.

I have never tried beetroots, but i bought some seeds and will definitely try and grow this year. what fertilizer would u suggest in using?
Not a fan of the root, but I don't mind the leaves! Apparently high in potassium.
Same with radish, which I grow mainly to improve soil and for the humble but pretty flowers.
Tour full of knowledge keep it going . Love your channel
Thanks Ben. I love beetroot, weโve been growing them all winter!
Oh! Love the jar trick! Thank you!
My G/F didn't want to plant beetroot, so I planted a few Mangleworzle ๐
I love the tip to pop a jar over the seed and to remove it after the first leaves form. Now they can be warm and found amongst the leaf mulch!
Great idea with the jar as a mini greenhouse! A perfect way to upcycle jars from the grocery store!! ๐
Jar on top….genius

I'm usually do sowing by one seed but closer and picking out weakest when little bulbs touch each each other. This way seed isn't wasted.

Why do you remove one of the two seedlings when Charles does multisow them? Three or more in one spot..
Do you sow more then one sees once you transplant?? I saw in the image ๐I'm not sure ๐
