I’m a first time pothos parent, and slowly but surely she’s making her way! I received her as a going away gift and have kept her in this pot the whole time (it’s been about 8 months). I recently learned a clear pot is better so you can keep an eye out on the roots. As you can see, she’s really starting to grow outwards! So I’m wondering if now is a good time to repot or if I should wait it out 😮
Also any recs for size of the new pot and type of social would be huuuugely appreciated

I’d wait until it’s so big it looks awkward. This still has a ton of room
I have had mine in the same pot for over five years.
lol from the base of the plant, it has plenty of room. It’s probably just so out because it’s a climbing plant and is always dramaticaly going towards sunlight. If you end up really worrying about it, you can just take the roots out and check em, you can always trim the roots as well if you want to keep it in a pot. Whenever you do repot, the pot should always be about 2 inches out from the root ball from the side and bottom but this is a pothos…it could probably live in that pot for a year without complaining. I usually just move it closer to it’s light source so it doesn’t grow so lanky.
