Is it in soil or water? I honestly can’t tell based on the pics
Do you have a preference on if you want to keep them as water propagations, or would you prefer to plant them up?
If you want them to stay in water: empty the existing water and scrub the vessel with soapy water. Gently but thoroughly wash any soil or sludge off the roots. Refill with fresh water.
If you want them in soil: plant them into pots a couple of inches bigger than the rootball – snug is better, roots floating in a ton of soil in a big pot is not ideal. Use chunky soil and tap it well to settle, water very well when initially planted to help avoid air pockets. Be sure the pot has good drainage, and water again when the soil is dry or the leaves start to wilt.
Keep in a sunny, warm position for best growth. They can survive for a while in low light, but growth will be slower and the plant will be weaker. Eventually the plant’s growth will not be supported by the amount of nutrients received from light. So more light is better!

Hope that helps!
