I have been adding moss to trees today and am really liking the look of this new Hong Kong Kumquat in this pot I painted (and did a super glue + paint kintsugi repair when it broke).
I know it won't thicken very quickly in this pot, but my plan is to get the main branches set and enjoy it in this pot for ~2 seasons, then do some major root work and put it into a larger pot to thicken for a couple years.
Any advice on the species, or on my plan for this plant in particular would be great!
