Does anyone have any insight on what might be going on with this live oak? Google didn’t give me any helpful info. We’ve lived in this house for 20 years and I don’t recall ever seeing this. We have a smaller one in the yard and it has some of these reddish patches as well.

I think I would call in an arborist to make sure it’s not oak wilt
