My black krims did this early like this and have since sorted themselves for the most part (I think moving them from solos to 1 gallon pots helped). However, my cherokee purples, both leaves and stems, were also curling quite badly and despite the same conditions as everything else haven’t really sorted themselves yet. I’m hoping getting them outside will help.
If you’re sure they aren’t UNDERwatered then I would let them go a while and really dry out before watering again. I was considering that I overwatered mine or perhaps the light was too strong, not really sure what happened but I ended up started more seeds of those varieties and seeing what will happen, they just sprouted earlier this week

Looks like lack of water or too much light to me. Are you bottom watering? I noticed that I had a higher germination success rate with plants on the edges of my tray due to lack of water retention in the center and top portion of my tray. I kept rotating my tray every other day.
You might consider using a level on your growing surface or removing all of the plants and watering to see if it is pooling anywhere.
