Most of what's in these photos germinated within a week. The basil has been up longer, I sowed the bell peppers again yesterday because of mold, and the lavender shows no sign of life yet. But I do have radishes, climbing beans, zucchini, cucumber, and 2 types of tomatoes! I have a large balcony and east-facing windows, so plenty of sunlight. Gradually, I'm putting more things outside; this tray still goes inside every evening.
If it keeps going like this, I won't have any room left on my balcony to hang laundry or to sit outside myself. 😆

Be cautious with those biodegradable peat starter cells. They make proper watering very difficult and they promote mold. I, and many other serious gardeners, no longer use them.
