I got it when I was 17 it was just few leaves now it looks like this after 3 years of growth. after first year I did changed the soil from simple mud (dirt) to soil mix

I doubt I could have kept a plant alive for three years at that age so this is doubly impressive! Hope it keeps bringing you joy and new growth for years to come!!
