Hello everyone! I recently purchased a big pot that had golden pothos and N Joy in it. The golden has gold speckles and it appears that some of the N Joys have those same speckles. I’m confused? The N Joy leaves with speckles are coming from the same plant that is just N Joy. What would cause this? Is it something else?

The speckling on the N’Joy is damage to the leaf and not variegation. Could be indicative of a pest issue like thrips or spider mites. Sometimes due to watering issues but that doesn’t typically show in speckles like that.
Check underneath the leaves. May be spider mites.
