   I believe this is a type of philodendron based on the growth

   Edit* I lied, variegated peace lily is more likely!

   Looks like a variagated peace lily (Spathiphyllum) actually! One of my faaaavorite plants. They grow insanely well as emergent growth im a riparium style fish tank if you’re into that kind of thing.
