First picture was from a video of trying to pick one (well…two) from all the $13 beauties. I’m hoping these flfs will be better off with me but I fear I tend to max out at keeping a plant alive vs thriving. I think #1 will need separated out but hoping some more soil will keep #2 happy while they adjust to their new home…any advice is so appreciated!!
Also worth noting, it’s a rare rainy day today, the natural light situation is usually much better and they’re under a grow light in these pics 🙂 I picked up some ocean forest soil and perlite that I’m planning to add to the pots, and I have at least one growers pot similar in size to these two that I’m planning to separate #1 into.
Lastly, anyone in Texas with room in your home or heart for a new plant…there were a ton of gorgeous plants on sale at HEB where I’m at, including $13 monsteras and snake plants of comparable size 🤠 I’m thinking I lost my mind grabbing these while also fighting the urge to go back for a monstera….
