Im not sure what that is on there but avos are one of the easiest. Id go deeper/further with my graft to expose more of the cambium layers of each piece/ends.

But that does look wicked inside there.I don’t know, man.Maybe scratch lightly scratch a little piece of the skin of each , the mother and then the graft and see what she got going on underneath that skin

It looks like it’s holding on. That’s what’s tripping me out, but I’ve never seen spider web type. Fungus, like that eve on, any graft.
