I have had both these cactuses for a few months. I think my grow light was too close to them but it could be something else. I water every 2 weeks. The euphorbias soil gets dry really quick so I was thinking I should repot it. I haven’t seen any pests but the stuff on them is weird, if you have any ideas of what it could be let me know! I just want them to survive!

That’s some etoliation. They need more light if where this picture is where they live. Even with a light as mentioned, the growth allows it’s not enough. These are extremely high light needing plants. The soil should dry out in between waterings, but you can also water a bit more frequently as these are succulents and not cactus.
