I've had this neon pothos for almost three years and just noticed these little white bugs. I'm really worried they're thrips 🙁

I had to move her outdoors because she wasn't getting enough light in my apartment, and since moving outside she's been thriving! I was repotting her into a bigger container with a moss pole when I noticed these bugs. Can anyone confirm if they are normal bugs or pests? If they are thrips, what can I do?

They’re moving pretty fast to be thrips, can you take a closer picture?

Sider mites. Look for tiny spider webs. Under the leaf, top of the stem. Use a spray of 70% alcohol OR Peppermint spray .

Not thrips. Need a clearer pic to tell but may be spider mites. But they usually move a little slower.
