From memory this is bugs… try a white oil or a chilli oil
Have you been watering the leaves with a fertiliser solution?
This looks like fertiliser that has dried out slowly. Sometimes, different nutrients dry at different rates producing different colours.
It looks like there are bur t spots elsewhere.
