Your soil looks too wet. Do you fertilize at all?
You probably need air flow. There is a lot of growth on that soil.
Too wet, and the pots are too big making it harder to get the watering right.
Pot in small steps, once the rootball has filled the current pot just go a slightly bigger size up, I used 7cm square for good-sized seedlings, then 9cm round, then 1 litre, then 2 etc.
