Weather stripping get it from any hardware store or Amazon. It’s very affordable.

Silicone. Clear, white, black, doesn’t matter. Your pick.

From someone who does construction, you can’t really do anything to seal a hinge side door unless you have a groove where you can insert weather stripping. But I’m sure you could try using weather stripping anyway if you are okay with glueing it to the framework

Just some good heavy duty tape if you’re just block an air top to bottom it’ll bend with the door.

Apply the door weather strip with one side is adhesive and the other side is a lip (sample). They come in different width for the lip. For your door, I would tape it to the inside frame vs door.
My cheap idea would be duct tape. It’s nice if you need to replace it since it isnt that expensive.

Couple tubes of silicone caulking should do the trick

Might consider just a winterization program of having plastic hanging inside the door to double insulate.
I have the same problem in my greenhouse doors.
Spray foam and silicone also help sealing up around things.

Let it breathe tbh

Why are you sealing this? So you have to add mechanical ventilation??? It blows my mind how many people think a greenhouse needs to be a sterile environment where every parameter has to be managed.
