As we can see, my tomato seedlings are little bit leggy and was saw too early.Fortunately its was partly for purpouse.Of course I will repot them to bigger containers, burry them etc.BUT.Can I cut the tops in that moment?Its possible to sucker be strong main stem?

You *can* top them. You’ll end up with slightly delayed, bushier plants.
But you don’t need to. As long as you have a good trellis or cages for them outside, there’s no problem with how leggy the plants are now. They might need some extra protection while sun hardening is all.
Plus tall and skinny plants are better for airflow and therefore less susceptible to bacteria/fungus in the long run!
