Only repot if there is an issue with soil or no drainage holes, the size is absolutely fine, cactus like to be snug with a little room to grow.
That size would be fine for some time with a plant that age
Do you fertilize it? I’d repot it just to give it more nutrients if you’ve actually had it for years.
