Looking for dirt lol I have some like that too
Mine do this. I don’t think its an issue. If you want to you can cut off and plant a chunk with roots
With jade, I’ve found that some leaf cuttings grow roots and others grow leaves. The stem cuttings will grow both. It’s just a response to the hard prune and pushing out new growth.
