Are the plant’s leaves somehow getting wet or sprayed with water, perhaps overspray from nearby turf irrigation, especially after the sun goes down? If so, you may have inadvertently discovered the perfect recipe for Fungal Leaf Spot! If this sounds like the right diagnosis: remove infected leaves so it doesn’t spread and keep the remaining leaves dry. There is also an option to treat with fungicides.
