Don’t dig up butterfly milkweed or it might try to run away

This was a volunteer that was just too close to the street. I got a weed violation last year and there can be some line of sight issues since I'm in the corner. So I'm trying to move some stuff around. I'd say it was 2-3 growing seasons old.
