Left an experiment jar outside with sand, algae, and some fairy shrimps. Brought it in and saw a TON of these, wondering if I can feed them to my fish? Will they become parasitic or overrun my tank?

Those are bitting midge larvae (Ceratopogonidae). I guess there won’t be any problem feeding your fishes with them.
I think they’re detritus worms
