It’s all been a whirlwind these past few weeks, but this is what I plan on doing in the garden and on the channel this year. There’s going to be more outdoor living space, cottage gardening galore, and an area set aside to help you see what you can grow in a small space.

  1. I just came in from the garden to get a drink of water and a cookie and here you are!β€πŸ˜‚.
I’m trying a new tomato this year too. Cherokee Purple. But I will still plant my reliable standby, STUPICE. I am very interested in the cottage garden. I want to choke out all the weeds! You seem so happy and relieved you are staying and I am happy for you. So here’s to a great gardening season for all of us!πŸ₯‚πŸŽ‰πŸŒ·πŸŒΌπŸŒΈπŸŒΊπŸŒ». TeresaSue

  2. Wonder which kind of apples you use in your archway? I am starting a brand new garden in less than a month and I LOVE this idea!

  3. So excited for this year's projects Tanya, & growing along with your inspiring content… particularly the small space growing. Thank you!
Also did I spot that you're growing the larger achocha this year? Hopefully from seed I sent you πŸ˜ŠπŸ’š

  4. I don’t believe in fate, but I do believe that things happen for a reason, even when we can’t see a reason. I am currently sitting in a home that was once not number one on my list of β€˜potentials.’ It was not even number two. It was my third choice. But I am happy every day that I made the decision that I did!

  5. I tried costaluto genovese tomatoes last year and they were fabulous! Looking forward to growing them again this year!

  6. I'm excited you're excited about staying and getting into your garden again this year. I'm looking forward to watching the small garden area and just generally everything you do. I've been following you since the days of your small house, your allotment and the arrival of Maggie. I can't believe you've been in your current house 5 years!!! Where does time go??? πŸ˜‚

  7. I have a cottage garden and I love it, and a medium size veg plot too. I can't wait to see your plans for this year. I remember your allotment and I loved that too, it gave me such inspiration when I decided to grow our own veg. Exciting times ahead!!

  8. It’s always so relaxing to watch your video, I like that you do gardening with your heart and soul 🌸
Looking forward to the small growing space project. Could use some tips as I have only one raised bed, growing herbs in it at the moment.

  9. Hi Tanya, that's a real Eden you've created there. Smart move staying put. Looking forward to seeing your new plans come to fruition.

  10. Brandywine, you need to slice it in a bowl, for the juice is plenty and you don't want to waste it. What a blessing to grow food for the soul and the stomach!

  11. Last year I grew a tomato variety called Brandyboy, which is a cross with Brandywine. I have grown Brandywine in the past and found it more vulnerable to blight than other varieties. Brandyboy is meant to be a little more resilient and it grew really well last year – although the weather may have made it a fluke! It was my favourite tomato so definitely trying again. I do grow outside though. 😊

  12. Bought your book πŸ“– bought some seeds n plants can’t wait for them to grow, I will use them to infuse and use for lip balm and solid lotion bars

  13. Hi just a quick question, have you put a vegepod in your greenhouse? It was a quick image of you moving a large black trough. Just curious as if you did it might be something I try in the autumn. Time stamp 5.59.
    Thanks
