Have had this plant for 3-4 years and recently, just some of the leaves curl like they’re not getting enough water. I’ve repotted/ done a soil refresh and checked for root rot and the roots seem dry if anything – it’s never gotten root bound either which seems odd since it’s always lived in this pot. And now it has this unfortunate fungus(?) on some leaves too – it was so happy and self sufficient for so long, I haven’t changed anything of my care and now it seems so sad. Anyone know what’s causing this?

I’d say you have some sort of pests, maybe try a rose spray? I use this for most things on my plants. It seems it’s definitely a pest/disease, if you’ve had it that long without worry. How long ago did you repot?
