two of my big perm x lee seedlings did this, mine only grew one branch each unlike yours that has two. one of them seems to be showing melty rib shifting traits. i cant wait to see how they develope over time.
but i figured i should let you know, your seedlings arent getting enough light, for best results, slowly increase light and if they show signs of sun stress then put a piece of paper over them until they adjust. i small amount of fertilizer wouldnt hurt either.
