Celebrating them still being alive! They were some of my very first house plants.

The medallion plant has been through the ringer – it dropped most of its leaves during a failed repotting and has recently begun growing again! Fresh 5+ new leaves in the last month 😁. Pinstripe plant was what started it all – I very anxiously started researching plant care because I unwittingly bought drama queen plant to take care of (my cat did not make it easier).

They all have some browning and crisping but I say it gives it charm 😂. I attribute it to tap water and ambient 40-50% humidity. It's been really hot and windy in SoCal recently 😭.

Shown at the end is my collection of maranta that are growing too fast and flowering TOO MUCH 😫. So many dead flowers to clean up. (Don't ask me about my African violets. I have no idea how to keep them happy).

Beautiful babes, even with a crispy edge here & there!

I hate my calathea😩it is so finicky and one week it will look promising the next week it will look like hell with the leaves curled up and some laying over the pot. It causes me so much stress. I’m in the mountains of Pa and our weather has been crazy lately. 80 degrees one day and the next morning a snowstorm. Literally!!!!
