We'll be moving out of state in June, and the saddest part for me will be leaving my garden. I've worked so hard on it for the last 2.5 years, and I doubt the next owners will love and care for it as much as I do, but I have to let it go. It'll be enough to know that I got a lot of joy from it.

Looks awesome! You did a great job. You never know. Your labor of love may be a selling point for another gardener. Best of luck with the move and new garden!

I understand your heart ache. I recently moved (just 15 mins across town) but had to leave my garden and all my critter friend, including a Raven that would come and hang out and play games with with me.
He can’t find me at the new house 😞 hang in there. Wishing you a smooth move.

    Goodbye, to yOuuuu…

They probably bought it in part for the mature landscaping. I know it would be hard for me to part from everything I’ve built here too.

What did you have in the mulched beds up front?

And oh, What a wonderful experience it was.
Just think what challenges the next yard will bring you 💖

Anyone who gets that garden will be so lucky!

And now you get the excitement of learning all about a new gardening zone and making magic in your new backyard.

The second house that we looked at…I spent more time outside with the owners going over all the plants in the garden and watering requirements for the fruit trees. I really did care more about the garden than the house lolol.

Someone is really going to appreciate this beauty, love and effort.

    You’ll rebuild. ❤️
