What are these bugs 😩

I currently have a fungus gnat problem and today decided to take my plants outside to see if that would help. I also have the sticky traps in.

I’ve now found tiny little specks of black things moving on the tables around the plant pots 😭 if I didn’t look up close I would think it was dirt. Im pretty sure they weren’t there before and I wiped down all the tables whilst the plants were outside.

I can’t seem to see them on the plants but maybe they are there. What do I need to do?!
