lol her roots are so chonk she is deforming my plastic pot. guess its time 😂

has anyone ever done semihydro and moss poles together? im worried about rot/contamination from the organic to non-organic sotuation there lol

just want to hook her up with a moss pole because she got an aerial root that seems to be searching now. thanks!

    Nah, not even close m at least 5x that many roots and even then you’ll probably be good.

    I propagate all my Monsteras in semihydro with a mineral based substrate and moss poles or rock poles. Just take care not to use a wooden base, that could rot in the pot. I use plastic rods to connect them to the pot and fill the bottom of the tube with rocks and start with moss at ca 2 inches (5cm) above pot level.

    Place her in a heavier pot (can keep the plastic pot on!!) to stabilize her better:)
