I rescued this plant a couple weeks ago. I say rescued because she was in rough shape, low color, crispy leaves, crispy stem bits. I separated her from the other plant that was in the pot to make two this past weekend and now I have this leaf turning yellow. I have fertilized once and I water with tap water that has sat out for 24 hours. She sits on this shelf and the light in the picture is the most “direct” sun she’ll receive for the day. Is this repotting shock or does she need more light? Something else?

Looks fine. Might need more light to get the high contrast dark green and lime green.
Except a yellow leave your plant is ok. Keep it near semishaded area with well ventilated. Give nutrious organic manure potting mix added with perlite & little water. The pot may changed to a 2” above terracota pot.
I have seen so many people recommend rain water for all calatheas, or to use stress coat for fish in tap water. That has made a huge difference. Mine is finally sprouting a second leaf after the water switch
Best way to tell if it’s happy going forward is if those new leaves come out and unfurl or if they stay where they are and wind up dying off. Prayer plants are notoriously sensitive to tap water, I believe even if it’s been sitting out as that doesn’t get rid of all of the impurities in it. RO, distilled or rain water are best. I use distilled, keep my prayer plants away from direct sun(they’re still very close to the window, varying from a few inches to 2ft away, but no direct sunlight) and they are loving life right now
Edit: they do like to dry out between watering but not 100%, so the straight terracotta pot should be ok. Just be wary cause that type of pot takes water away from the substrate(you may already know this, which is why you see water marks on the pot) but it may dry out faster than it wants to. I like to feel the weight of my nursery pots and I learn how heavy they are dry vs watered
They love humidity and hate hard water. Use purified water or rain water and I’d put a pebble tray under. I like to use aquarium gravel cuz it’s cute and heavy
