I cut the pup off of my chichipe when I moved it outside this year. It has 2 or 3 more that are about that size that just stopped growing when the other pup started getting bigger. Im going to keep chopping them, letting the main trunk grow about another foot, and then chop the top of that so I can force it into tree-like growth by forcing pups out on top.
