ive had these sempervivums for a year and a half and for thr most part they've done really well. but this little one has grown at all. it doesnt look unhealthy. it has great color. but it doesnt get bigger. today I noticed it making chicks. I wonder if its suppose to be small? as you can see, the purple wiffle is the size of a grapefruit. but this little dude is the size of a grape. what do you guys think?

Have a look at the roots, sometimes they get fungus-y/funky but you can wash that off and replant
I recently ordered a bunch, different varieties. There’s some that are like, an inch across, and some are 10 inches! I had to read carefully every description, lol. Maybe it’s just a smaller diameter rosette kind of semp?
