The Santaka chili is a fantastic variety to grow—they aren’t quite as fire-hot as a Thai or Bird’s Eye chili, but they have a wonderful flavor and a unique upright growth habit. Whether you grow them in containers or raised beds, they are incredibly prolific producers!
