Background of my setup:
I have a indoor growing area where I keep the soil temp at 75 degrees for all my peppers. I am using a Viper P1000 grow light, 20 inches above the plant set at 60% brightness that is on for 16 hours per day. They have had a fan blowing on them since they sprouted for 12 hours per day.
Plant details:
This is a cayenne pepper planted from seed on Fed 25th. Two of the three I kept have "Fallen" over during the course of 3 days. One fell away from the light source and one feel towards. The stem seem really thick and they are not broken. They have been transplanted to a 6 inch pot about 2ish weeks ago and have been growing very fast since the transplant. This dirt has been mixed with half strength slow release fertilizer NPK of 6.5.7.
Note:
No pets have access to this room. And no other peppers have done this.

He’ll be a little curved at the bottom but he’ll be fine
Your fan should be blowing from different directions. One day have it blowing on way. The next, move the fan to a different spot and blow from that direction. You will need to stake it to keep it from falling over. Chopsticks or bamboo kitchen skewers work great for this size seedling.
Although it likely has nothing to do with your weak stem…if you’re using a heat mat…we generally only use those until your seeds sprout. As soon as your seedlings break the surface we usually discontinue the heat mats. Unless you’re keeping the seedlings in a cold garage or something like that.
