I've never grown watermelons before (candy watermelon) and I'm unsure of when this will be ready to harvest, im guessing by the feel of it? And hollow it sounds when tapped on?

When the stem dies back it should be ready. Just keep an eye on it where it’s resting on the ground. You may need to move it around a little so it doesn’t rot from sitting on the one area consistently.
