Hi all,
We planted a whole heap of these last week (green pillar variety) and they are slowly turning yellow 😭 is this more than transplant shock?
I gave them seasol after planting and another dose today.
Please send your advice!
I’m located in Melbourne and soil is heavy clay. We had retaining walls put in with top soil and I mixed in compost and fertiliser at planting stage.
Thanks ☺️

Don’t fertilise any more, they don’t need too much fertiliser.
If this is bought from a nursery,it could be a transplant shock.
Did you accidentally damage any main roots during transplanting?
The plant seems to be recovering from something. Prune some yellowing stems fully, which will allow the plant to put some energy into roots and also airflow.
Hopefully, it should recover in a couple of weeks.
