I potted this cutting about 8 months ago and it only ever grew one additional leaf about one month in. Meanwhile, the roots are just pouring out of the bottom of the nursery pot.
I fertilize it 2x a month, it’s under a grow light, and has a support stake. How can I get some foliage growth going? Is this pot size too small or root bound? Thanks in advance!

Is that nursery pot sitting inside of another pot? Also how powerful is the light?
Monstera don’t mind being a bit snug, the lack of roots in the pot is concerning though depending on how you potted it. It’s possible it went through the bottom in search of water and that it needs more frequent watering.
