as my plants grown it’s newer leaves have gotten smaller and less fenestrated? what could the cause of this be? if i fix the issue will the newer leaves be bigger again? chop and prop the smaller leaves? tia

    It’s because those kind of poles don’t stay moist enough for the plant to actually attach itself, the leaves only get larger if it’s attached itself.

    It’s not getting enough light & if it was repotted it’s putting it’s energy into more roots also. They size up pretty quickly when they have a snug pot, not rootbound, just snug.

    I noticed in winter mine pushes out smaller leaves with fewer fenestrations. They bounce back in spring though.

    Also, since you’re using a coco coir pole, try to make the roots go into the soil when they’re long enough.
