started some peppers on march 2nd, does this seem like normal growth? ive been using heat mats to keep them warm and i have a fan on during the day to move the air around, and the lights are on from about 7am until 8pm
I dont know the specifics of the lights, i just have gone off reddit recommended lights

These are looking fine. They are getting their first true leaves already. Peppers grow slowly, the hotter the variety the longer they take.
Looking at how far the ones on the left are reaching in the second picture your lights probably aren’t strong enough. You don’t want them on a heat mat unless the room is cold. Other than that if you used just coco coir perlite and vermiculite they have no nutrients. The easiest way is to get hydroponic nutrients high in nitrogen and bottom feed them. I always add calmag as well.
You need a stronger light or move it closer! They are heavy reaching for more light!
