Have you ever dreamed of living in a shed at the bottom of someone else’s garden?

If so, take heart. The Government is set to make that dream come true by tweaking planning rules to allow homeowners the chance to earn up to €14,000 a year tax-free by sticking up makeshift shelters in that green bit of land behind their own homes.
