Could it be mint?
Pick a leaf and smell it. Does it smell of basil?
If it doesn’t smell like basil, it’s not basil.
Could be a pellitory? Pretty common in urban cracks and grow similar to basil
Leaves look too pointy to be basil. Doesn’t mean it’s not basil though. Smell it.
