yesterday I collected water from a pond and, for the 1st time, these came along.
I started making ecospheres during winter and never got any so I'm not sure what it is
AI suggested corixidae or notonectidae
any suggestions?

We just always said water bug
In my language we call these waterpuppies. And they love being around in swimming pools

This hobby is fun because usually creatures are water bound and can’t reach you
Be careful those things will bite
