Trying to identify this, live in a rental and they never tell us when they do stuff to the yard. My dog likes to eat stuff off of the ground so I just want to know what this is and if it is pet friendly or not. Waiting on response from landlord.

Looks like pro cal granules, yes its fertilizer, not pet friendly as dogs will probably eat it, i have seen ducks eat piles of fertilizer before, birds too
It looks to me like pelletized sulfur.
